Too often Minnesota’s workers and job creators are held back by over-prescriptive labor rules or onerous environmental regulations that do nothing to actually protect the environment. Ted Risdall has been president of Risdall Advertising Agency since 1993. Ted was one of the main people responsible for the agency’s expansions into high technology. He helped start RAA Interactive, a division of the agency, which focuses solely on digital creation. Ted served as the president of Risdall Marketing Group, LLC. He devotedly studies emerging technology and is connected with people all over the world who are setting and watching trends in the high tech market. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from United States International University. He then earned his Masters in Business Administration from American Graduate School of International Management.
John Gaylord is a consultant and a veteran of Twin Cities high-technology strategy and marketing. A native Midwesterner, John grew up in a family manufacturing business in Illinois, before moving to St. Paul to earn a History degree from Macalester College. Firmly planted in Minnesota, he then earned an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, and spent over two decades in corporate marketing, launching new businesses and re-engineering existing ones in storage, telecommunications, and networking. Recent operational assignments helped broaden that experience to highly regulated industries including health care, insurance, and financial services.
